How much does Pillar 7’s services cost?
We believe in transparent upfront pricing and will provide a quote once we consult to determine the service line you are interested in and the Scope of Work (SOW). Some projects will be quoted at an hourly rate, and others will be quoted as a project total. Mental health services and individual coaching services are billed at $100 per 50-minute session.
Does Pillar 7 accept insurance for mental health individual, family, and coaching services?
We do not currently bill insurance. We recognize that many clients do not have insurance and have high-deductible plans. We bill using a cash system which requires payment at the time of service via Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. Depending upon your income threshold, you may be eligible for a sliding fee scale, and we are getting credentialed to accept Medicaid.
Does Pillar 7 offer Telehealth and In-Person individual services in Kansas?
Pillar 7’s licensed mental health practitioners are restricted to providing services within the state of Kansas. We offer statewide telehealth and telehealth and in-person appointments in Wichita. Our clinic is located at Advanced Wellness and Rehab at 2020 N. Tyler Rd. Ste 112.
Does Pillar 7 only offer services in Kansas?
No. We are a registered LLC in Kansas, but we offer all service lines (other than mental health) nationwide.
What is your experience in each service line?
We are a newly formed LLC, but we have 35 years of combined experience in the public, for-profit, and non-profit sectors. We have credentials in behavioral health (Kansas Licensed Master Social Worker) and project management (Certified Project Management Professional) along with master’s degrees.
How does Pillar 7 approach therapy?
We practice from a person-centered framework which means you are actively involved in treatment planning. We use various evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), trauma perspective, family systems, strengths-based and solution-focused modalities.

What are your business hours?
We do not have traditional business hours and meet people when they are available. We offer daytime, evening, and weekend consultations and appointments.
Where does Pillar 7 see business clients?
If you are in Kansas, we prefer to meet at your location to obtain a deeper understanding of your business. If you are outside of Kansas, we will meet you on Zoom. Depending on the project, we will travel as needed to your business site.
